CTRL HVAC is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with great analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Duties
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Answer calls and dispatch as required.
• Process purchase orders for orders and ensure delivery.
• Perform financial transactions such as verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounting data.
• Confirm discrepancies and resolve billing issues for clients.
• Send invoices, collect payments, and assist with tracking other financial transactions as necessary.
• Sort and organize paperwork as required.
• General filing and administrative duties.
Qualifications
• Minimum (2) two years experience in an Administrative role
• Experience performing accounting duties
• College Diploma or relevant experience an asset
• Experience in Quick Books considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Proven typing accuracy
