Anmar Mechanical and Electrical Contractors Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Civil Project Controls Coordinator to support our civil and industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for tracking project progress, monitoring costs, maintaining schedules, and supporting project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Studies or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project controls and construction administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Track project costs, quantities, labour hours, and productivity
- Prepare and maintain project control documents, logs, and reporting systems
- Support project managers with forecasting, cost analysis, and variance reporting
- Coordinate with field teams to collect progress updates and verify project status
- Assist with change management, document control, and contract administration
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping in accordance with company and client requirements
- Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations
